The baptism was Saturday at 11am. I wasn't sure how many to expect from our ward since 1) we are new 2) the ward is really spread out and 3) it was Easter weekend. There was a great turnout though.
Bella had Mima talk on Baptism and Grandma Reed on the HolyGhost. Katy played prelude music and interlude music while Bella changed. The Reed kids and their cousins sang "When I Am Baptized". Alexandra and Bella said the prayers.
Jared and I made a CTR cookie cutter out of a circle cutter. The cookies turned out cute but I'm not sure we ever got a picture of them. We also served rainbow fruit and veggie trays (similar to the St. Patrick's day snack in a previous post) to go with baptism song about rainbows the children sang. We took a TON of pictures beforehand. These are just a few

All of the "Buchkovichs" there. Austin didn't think he should be in this picture until we explained that he had Buchkovich blood in him
The cousins
I was originally going to do pictures afterwards but had heard a rumor that the Easter Bunny might come while we were gone. I knew the kids would never cooperate for pictures if there were eggs laying around so we did pictures beforehand. GOOD THING too. The way to Kelten's heart is through food. There were 6 kids vying for favorite cousin title through food. The poor kid got sick from all the junk and threw up all over himself and Jennie. I felt so bad for her and was really glad we did pictures before the baptism!
* On a funny side note, several people thought Jenny was my sister instead of Martin being my brother. Martin said she has the right height to be mine and Tonya's sister.
