The last week before Christmas, was Spirit week at Katy's school. Some of her favorite days were crazy hair day and 70's day. Friday was 70's day. I though Katy should just skip it and wear Christmas colors but she was insistent that she dress up all 5 days. I wasn't sure what in the world we were going to be able to pull together. We went with the Hippie theme and rummaged through ribbon bins and dressup bins and managed to pull together an outfit. We compromised and she wore her pink Christmas shirt under her vest.
